Unless a different term is specified for a product, the garments published on the site have an eight (8) day change term. In case the client wishes to change the product by reference, size or silhouette, he must take into account the following:
- The product must have all its labels in perfect condition
- The garment can not have been used and must be in perfect condition
- There is no change of intimate products
- Promotional garments have no change
